Order Processing & Dispatch

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, VAT/GST, customs clearance fees, brokerage charges, or other local taxes imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included within our shipping charges unless explicitly stated. Boat Parts Superstore cannot accept responsibility for customs delays or additional charges incurred once goods have entered the destination country.

Delivery Responsibility

Every order is carefully inspected and securely packaged before leaving our warehouse.

For consumer purchases, responsibility for the goods remains with Boat Parts Superstore until your order has been delivered to the address provided, in accordance with applicable UK consumer legislation.

For business-to-business (B2B) transactions, unless otherwise agreed in writing, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the goods have been collected by the carrier from our premises. We will gladly assist with any courier claims where possible, however claims relating to transit loss or damage remain subject to the courier's terms and conditions.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided is accurate and that appropriate arrangements are in place to receive the delivery.

Tracking Your Order

All dispatched orders are sent with full tracking. Your DHL tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to follow your shipment throughout its journey.

Returns & Warranty

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please contact our team within 14 days of receiving your order. Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition unless they are faulty.

If your item arrives damaged or you believe it to be faulty, please contact us as soon as possible so we can advise on the appropriate next steps.

All product warranties are provided solely by the manufacturer and are subject to the manufacturer's own terms, conditions and warranty period. Any warranty claim must be made in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty process.

Please note that special order or bespoke items may not be eligible for return unless they are faulty or supplied in error.
